  Application Form   Apply by letter (but see also Further Information below) giving the applicant charity's registration number, a brief description of its activities, details of the specific project for which the grant is requested, a budget for the proposed work and details of funds already raised for the project. Enclose a copy of the organisation's most recent accounts.

Applications are considered on a continuing basis throughout the year.  Small grants (not exceeding £2,000) are assessed each month.  Larger grants are awarded at the Trustees' Meetings held twice annually, normally in May and November.  Applicants whose appeals are to be considered at one of these meetings will be notified in advance and asked to complete an application form.

The Trust receives many more applications than can be supported.  It should also be noted that it has a charitable interest which extend well beyond support of the built heritage.
